予約でトラブルがあった事は殘念でしたが、それを上回る対応をしてもらえました。 予約が1日取れていないときは、系列の別のホテルでグレードアップして予約をしてくれました。 レンタルサイクルに不具合があった時には別のところから新しい自転車を手配してくれました。 そして、Laylaのホテルは素晴らしく特に屋上のプールサイドからの景色は素晴らしかったです。 1點だけ欠點をあげるならば、プールサイドの部屋だったからなのか部屋が少しカビっぽいにおいがしました。 しばらく部屋にいると気にならなくはなりました。 他は素晴らしい設備で、トゥルムのダウンタウンエリアに泊まるならオススメしたいホテルです。

The staff are fantastic and location is good Hotel a bit older than real pictures and way smaller than real pics. In general do not stay in center more than one day it’s very dirty and very boring and compared to prices the beach slightly higher, the center is not tulum, if you want to experience real tulum go to the beach side don’t waste time in the center. I read a lot of reviews saying stay in both when I reached the center I regret coming tulum when I went to the beach side I saw the vibe and class and clean and nice food the music the safety I regret staying in the center even a single day.

L’équipe est superbe, souriante et très chaleureuse. Au petit soin avec l’ensemble de ses clients. L’hôtel quand à lui est très atypique, bien entrentenu et très beau. Il n’est pas loin des restaurants et boutiques. Pour se rendre à la plage plusieurs moyens : taxi, vélo ou bien en scooter (les agences de locations sont nombreuses à côté de l’hôtel).  Le roof top est paisible avec sa piscine bien exposée, le personnel du bar très poli et attentionné.  Les chambres sont très propres avec une belle salle de bain et 2 ballons. Le lit est suspendu mais on peut demander à ce qu’il soit fixé pour ceux que ça dérange.  Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hôtel et nous le recommandons vivement voyageurs en visite à Tulum.

予約日當日にチェックインしようとしたら、システムエラーで予約がキャンセルされていると言われて困っていたら、スタッフの方々の神対応で姉妹ホテルのSana hotelへとグレードアップをしていただき。。。 海辺のホテルで最高な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。 こちらのホテルにもぜひ泊まってみたいので 次回の旅ではまた予約させて頂きます。 ホテルもスタッフの方々も 最高に素晴らしいホテルです。

Beautiful looking hotel in a convenient center town location. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Food and drinks are great when they get to you because service is a bit slow so order with enough time. Nonetheless we were treated nicely by the staff. The rooftop pool and the view from there is gorgeous.
